Double G Partners was founded in 2017 by Gregory Griswold.  Greg is an accomplished Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 35 years of success across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and construction with a focus on lighting and power distribution. Leveraging extensive M&A experience, Gregory is a valuable asset for any manufacturing or distribution partner seeking advice on post-merger integration including conducting audits of acquired assets and change management initiatives to ensuring low employee turnover. His areas of expertise include account and sales management, integration, change management, P&L and business process improvements.

Throughout his executive career, Gregory has held leadership positions at Monarch Electric Company, WESCO Distribution, and the GE Corporation. Since Founding Double G Partners in early 2017, he has worked with several clients on specific projects, ranging from sales management, project management and account reconciliation.  During his tenure as President of Monarch, he grew the business over 320% through the acquisition of 5 companies and 2 greenfield startups.  He also led the implementation of four computer software conversions, deployed a new distribution center, and led the consolidation of two existing distribution centers onto the new platform. Starting with GE after graduating college with a BS in Mechanical Power Technology from Oklahoma State University as a sales and management trainee, Greg continued to refine his skills obtaining his MBA from the University of Phoenix.  In addition to his executive career, Greg served as a Board Member of his local Chamber of Commerce.
